Benjamin Chen

Benjamin brings decades of experience in business and technology management. He was the founder& CEO of Mochila, worked as an external entrepreneur in residence for both JP Morgan and Mission Ventures as well as an advisor for GE Capital. At iXL, Benjamin was the global CTO and CIO responsible for all technology initiatives, leading the acquisition and integration of over 30 companies. His client engagements included work for AT&T, Delta Airlines, Federal Express, GE and Sony.

Peter C. Horan

Peter is an entrepreneur with a successful background building media & internet businesses. He’s currently Executive Chairman of Halogen Network. Formerly CEO of IAC Media & Advertising, where he oversaw Ask.com, Citysearch, Evite, Pronto, and IAC Mobile. Horan previously served as CEO for AllBusiness.com, About.com (pioneering the company’s turnaround) and DevX.com. He spent 10 years at International Data Group; served as SVP & Publisher of Computerworld; and held senior account management roles at ad agencies such as BBD&O and Ogilvy & Mather.

John D. Miller

John is the Chief Investment Officer of W.P. Carey & Co. LLC. He also founded StarVest Partners, L.P. and before that was President of Rothschild Ventures Inc., the private investments unit of Rothschild North America. He also served as President & CEO of Equitable Capital Management Corporation, an investment advisory subsidiary of The Equitable. Mr. Miller served as a director of CKX, Inc from 2005 – 2009.

Joseph F. Rascoff

Joseph is a storied business manager for musical artists. As a co-founder of The RZO Companies, he’s represented top talents including The Rolling Stones, U2, and The Estate of Elvis Presley. Between ’74 – ’78, Mr. Rascoff was a partner in Hurdman & Cranstoun, a predecessor to the accounting firm KPMG. Since 2005, he’s been an Advisory Director of Van Wagner Communications LLC.

Harriet Seitler

Harriet Seitler is Executive Vice President of Harpo Studios. She’s a veteran with 16 years’ experience expanding the Oprah brand, marketing The Oprah Winfrey Show, creating strategic partnerships and developing new platforms. She grew Oprah.com into a premier lifestyle website and was a key player in the successful launch of the popular Dr. Oz Show. Prior to joining Harpo, Seitler served as vice president, marketing at ESPN and Senior Vice President, Marketing & Promotion at MTV.
